Upon arrival, the hotel felt freezing cold, but turning on the old-fashioned heater quickly warmed up the room. The bright room was conveniently located near the ice and vending machines, bar/restaurant, and the exit door. The staff was lovely, offering a reduction in the rate and providing a portable cot for our stay. The non-stop slamming and noise throughout the night disrupted our sleep, making it challenging to rest.

The service was generally accommodating, especially considering my wife's wheelchair needs, but they were very strict on certain issues.
